Standard Delivery
Most orders are delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally, however, we may experience unexpected problems with availability. In these circumstances, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should we not be able to deliver your order within 5 working days, we will e-mail you, to let you know. Delivery charges are applied according to a simple banding structure based on the value of your order. You are only charged once per order. To protect against fraud we will only deliver to the cardholder address if it is your first purchase from the site.

Delivery will be either via Royal Mail if item is small enough but heavier and bulkier items will be sent by next day courier.
Overseas Delivery - Up to 5kg (=approx. 2 pairs wellies)
Zone 1: £19.95 - Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland.
Zone 2: £22.95 - Finland, Greece, Italy, Jersey, Luxemborg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Zone 3: £24.95- Norway

Returns Policy
We want you to be able to buy with confidence. That's why we're happy to offer an exchange on any unworn/unused purchase you're not 100% happy with, provided you return it within 7 days from the date of receipt and in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
If you feel the goods you bought are faulty or not fit for purpose we may need to send them to the manufacturer who will carry out tests and advise us what action to take. This could take time so please bare with us and we will do our very best for you.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty. If the delivery was free then a charge of £7.50 will be deducted from any refunded amount to cover the cost of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can return or exchange goods at our store but must present your delivery note as proof of purchase. You may exchange product(s) for goods of equal value, for which you will receive a new receipt.
